JOB OPENING – Work Study Associate ( IE - Dept)

Location: Tirupur

Salary: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate

Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Garment/Apparel Industry preferred)

Qualification: B.E / M.E in Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve production efficiency

• Implement lean manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives

• Monitor line balancing and production flow

• Analyze manpower utilization and suggest improvements

• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams for smooth operations

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Evaluate factory layout and recommend changes for optimal efficiency

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present reports to management

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IE tools and techniques

• Proficiency in productivity analysis and line setting

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exposure to ERP/MIS tools is an added advantage
