Define how maintenance and field execution will operate in the GCC model
Responsibilities
- Interpret scope across planned, corrective, and emergency work
- Define:
- Work planning processes
- Scheduling models
- Field execution workflows
- Shape digital workpack strategy and field enablement
- Outline integration with asset and inventory systems
- Identify efficiency levers (automation, central planning, remote ops)
- Recommend tool landscape and integration points
- Define master data dependencies (assets, spares, work orders)
- Identify digitisation opportunities
Profile
- 12–18 yrs in utility field operations / maintenance
- Exposure to centralised work management models (GCC advantage)
- Preferably experience in SAP PM, Maximo, or Oracle EAM
- Worked with utilities / asset-heavy industries
