Job Description

Manage and oversee integration processes to ensure smooth technology operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration strategies.
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to processes.
Develop documentation and guidelines to support integration activities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies during integration.
Provide training and support to team members on integration tools and processes.
Analyse and optimise existing integration workflows to improve efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology systems within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

. 5+ years of experience as Workday integration developer with experience in Workday PECI, Core Connector, Studio, Web Services, XML/XSLT transformation. . Experience with Workday reporting, Workday security configuration. . Understanding of Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent development, compensation modules. . Experience with implementing payroll integrations using PECI template. . Strong Analytical and problem-solving Skills with ability to debug complex integration issues. . Excellent communication skills with ability to Work effectively with business and IT technical teams. . Experience working with Data privacy regulations, IT Sox compliance and audit processes. . Experience in leading junior integration developers and third-party implementation teams. . Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies . Deep experience working within and contributing to Integration systems that consistently scale across platforms.
