We are seeking a Work From Home HR professional to join our team in India. This role is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and enhancing our employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India.
