Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism during all interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
