We are seeking a skilled Work Force Management - Real Time Analyst (RTA) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time performance metrics to ensure optimal staffing levels and service quality within our contact center operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time metrics and provide immediate feedback to the operational teams to ensure service levels are met.
Analyze call volume patterns and make data-driven decisions to optimize workforce allocation.
Generate and distribute real-time performance reports to stakeholders.
Work closely with team leads and management to address staffing needs and maintain service quality.
Identify trends and recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in workforce management or real-time analysis within a contact center environment.
Proficient in workforce management tools and software (e.g., Aspect, NICE, Verint).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with various teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
