About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Website Designer with strong expertise in Elementor and Figma to join our team in Indore. You will play a key role in designing and developing high-converting websites, landing pages, and web applications that drive our B2B IoT, networking, and hardware business forward.
This is a hands-on, full-time onsite position for someone who loves clean design, technical implementation, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites and web applications using WordPress + Elementor.
- Create high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns, product launches, and lead generation.
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, pixel-perfect WordPress pages.
- Design new web interfaces and applications in Figma (strong portfolio in Figma is a must).
- Integrate third-party tools and plugins (CRM, analytics, payment gateways, forms, marketing automation, etc.).
- Maintain and improve SEO, GEO, and AEO (Search Engine Optimization, Geographic/Local SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization) to increase organic visibility and performance.
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
- Update and maintain existing websites, fix issues, and implement ongoing improvements.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver on-brand digital experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor (advanced level – must be able to build complex layouts quickly).
- Strong expertise in Figma – ability to design websites and web applications from scratch.
- Solid understanding of modern web design principles, UI/UX best practices, typography, and branding.
- Experience with SEO on-page optimization, schema markup, local/GEO SEO, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, analytics tools, forms, etc. is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, responsive code.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
