Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or remote role based in Kochi for a WordPress Web Designer and Developer. The individual will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and functional WordPress websites. Day-to-day tasks include coding, customizing themes, implementing plugins, creating responsive web pages, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Additional responsibilities include optimizing website performance and collaborating with the digital marketing team to implement SEO best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in WordPress design and development, with expertise in creating and customizing themes and plugins.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Knowledge of back-end development, including PHP and database management.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques, website optimization, and performance improvement strategies.
• Understanding of UX/UI design and ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is an added advantage.
