Role Overview
Your Role: WordPress Developer
As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising our websites to ensure high performance, security, and user experience.
This is a hands-on development role focused on website building, customization, performance optimization, and maintenance. You will work closely with design, marketing, and tech teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
You will contribute by building scalable websites, improving performance, and ensuring our digital presence aligns with Tsaaro's brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
- Build responsive and user-friendly web pages using modern design practices
- Work with tools like Elementor, and have basic exposure to Framer and Shopify
- Customize themes and plugins based on business requirements
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for UI/UX implementation
- Manage hosting, domain, and deployment processes
- Stay updated with latest trends in WordPress development and web technologies
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in WordPress development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with Elementor and custom theme development
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-driven mindset with attention to detail clarification
