Shift Timings: 12 (Noon) to 9:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins.
- Convert design wireframes (Figma/Adobe XD/PSD) into responsive WordPress themes.
- Ensure high-performance and availability of websites, handling all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website performance or compatibility issues.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.
- Manage website security, updates, and backups.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with MySQL database management.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
- Experience with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar page builders.
- Understanding of Git version control is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with WooCommerce or LMS plugins.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel, Cloudflare, etc.).
