Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a WordPress Developer at Exact Funnel. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites that support digital marketing campaigns and sales funnels. Day-to-day tasks include developing themes and plugins, implementing front-end layouts, optimizing site performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible design across devices. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to translate campaign requirements into functional web solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining high standards of security and code quality. The developer will participate in regular reviews, provide technical input on new initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of the web development workflow.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks as relevant to WordPress.
• Candidates should possess solid Web Design and Web Development skills, with an ability to translate UI/UX concepts into effective, user-friendly WordPress interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with PHP, WordPress theme and plugin development, and working with MySQL or similar databases.
• Experience with WordPress CMS configuration, performance optimization, security best practices, and SEO-friendly implementation is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with version control tools (such as Git) are preferred.
• Relevant experience in agency or digital marketing environments and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory.
