Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Executive – Woven, based in Coimbatore. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, managing end-to-end merchandising activities, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and buyers to ensure timely product delivery and smooth execution.

Location: Coimbatore

Travel Requirement: Candidate should be open to travel whenever required for factory/vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling merchandising activities for woven products including shirts, chinos, denim trousers, and related categories.

• Coordinating with fabric vendors, factories, trims, and accessories suppliers.

• Following up on sampling, production timelines, approvals, and execution.

• Supporting sourcing and product development activities.

• Maintaining communication between internal teams and external vendors/factories.

• Ensuring timely delivery and smooth coordination across departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience Required: 1–2 years

• Basic understanding of woven garment production and merchandising processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Organized and proactive in follow-ups.

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
