Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled Woodworker located in Gopichettipalaiyam. The Woodworker will be responsible for crafting wood-based products, operating power tools and hand tools, assembling and creating cabinetry, and ensuring precision in woodworking tasks. The role also involves reading and interpreting blueprints, maintaining tools and equipment, and adhering to safety standards throughout the production process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Woodworking techniques
- Skilled in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools for precision cutting, shaping, and assembling
- Experience with Cabinetry design and craftsmanship
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Commitment to quality control and workplace safety standards
- Physical ability to handle equipment and materials during an active workday
- Experience in a similar role or relevant apprenticeship training is preferred
