Shift Timing: (Break time: 45 minutes meal break (unpaid) and a 30-minute rest break (paid))
Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:45 AM

Night Shift: SGD 20 per shift
Job Scope:
- Support backend assembly/test processes by monitoring yield, test time, scrap, and key process indicators.
- Perform root cause analysis, failure analysis, and drive process improvement.
- Support test process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
- Work closely with engineering, equipment, and automation teams on optimization and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing/process environments preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to process setup, process control, or failure analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python, C/C++, or SQL is a plus.
