About the Roles

We are looking for Senior Fashion Designers for two specialisations:

• Senior Fashion Designer – Women's Western Wear

• Senior Fashion Designer – Women's Ethnic Wear

We are looking for designers with a strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset — someone who looks beyond How do I design this and thinks Will the customer love it Will it sell Can we build a category around it

You will own the design direction for your respective category, from trend research and concept development to sampling, fit, production and launch.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development of Women's Western Wear or Women's Ethnic Wear, depending on your specialisation.
• Develop commercially relevant collections, seasonal ranges and trend-led drops.
• Explore new silhouettes, prints, fabrics, colours, details and techniques.
• Design specifically for plus-size bodies, focusing on fit, comfort and confidence.
• Track Indian and global fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable products.
• Own the journey from concept → design → sampling → fit → production → launch.
• Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing, Production and Marketing.
• Use customer feedback and sales insights to improve future collections.
• Present design strategies to leadership and mentor junior designers.

What We Are Looking For

• 8–10 years of fashion design experience, preferably in Women's Western Wear or Women's Ethnic Wear.
• Strong understanding of fashion, fit, fabrics, construction and garment development.
• Experience with commercial fashion, retail, D2C or large-scale brands.
• Strong fashion sensibility combined with commercial understanding.
• Ability to independently take collections from concept to production.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in your respective design specialisation.
