Manage all inbound operations on a wide range of productsand storage and warehousing
Ensure all inbound team perform tasks to meet KPIs and SLA as well as evaluate and improve their performance
Co-ordinate with warehouse internal and external team such as Sourcing, Regional and others related teams to ensure smooth arrival and Inbounding of all shipment to warehouse
Assist Inbound Team Lead for the development, establishment and implementation of innovative and cost reduction projects aligned with the company strategic direction.
To control and monitor the process and propose improvements that can give performance gains to the team
Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates take disciplinary actions as necessary
Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation
Responsible for department meeting such as weekly monthly and yearly meeting
Overall management of product arrival and shipment
Create a positive and collaborative team environment by setting and regularly reviewing the achievement of team goals.
To perform any other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
At least 3 years of working experience in Warehousing (e-commerce is highly preferred)
Warehouse management and Logistics Supply Chain Knowledge will be advantaged
Be able to communicate in English
Problem solving skills and Conflict management
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
