Role Overview

We are looking for a WMS Support Specialist to support and optimize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) in a 3PL logistics environment. The role involves WMS administration, user support, system integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within SLA.

Monitor system performance, upgrades, and enhancements.

Support WMS integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/Tally) and third-party applications.

Execute SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and issue analysis.

Partner with warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Support barcode, RFID, and handheld device integrations.

Prepare SOPs, user documentation, and conduct end-user training.

Ensure system security, user access management, and compliance with IT policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

3–6 years of hands-on IT experience supporting WMS in a 3PL logistics environment (Mandatory).

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Experience with enterprise WMS solutions and SQL/database management.

Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, and EDI is preferred.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates without hands-on IT WMS experience in a 3PL logistics environment will not be considered.
