Job Responsibilities
- Independently manage WMS implementation at client warehouses.
- Good understanding of warehousing processes and modules in a typical WMS tool.
- Work with end users to troubleshoot and query resolution.
- Should be able to answer business queries and parallely work with the product team for issues resolution/enhancements.
- Supporting Change Management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment, Communications, Trainings).
