WMS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS (Warehouse Management System) Consultant to support / implement Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS. The consultant will work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and IT teams to optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS, aligning with printing supply chain and distribution operations.
• Analyze warehouse workflows, raw material inventory (paper, ink, substrates), and finished goods logistics to optimize WMS configurations.
• Design and implement warehouse automation, batch tracking, and real-time inventory visibility to support high-volume operations.
• Configure RF devices, barcode scanning, and label printing solutions for seamless warehouse operations.
• Integrate Oracle WMS with Oracle SCM Cloud, Procurement, and Order Management to enable end-to-end print production and distribution tracking.
• Work closely with Clientu2019s supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy, picking/packing efficiency, and shipping workflows.
• Provide UAT support, training, and knowledge transfer to warehouse staff and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and process gaps, collaborating with Oracle Support when needed.
• Recommend and implement best practices for warehouse optimization, focusing on print production materials, order fulfillment, and on-time deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle WMS Cloud, with expertise in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong understanding of warehouse automation, print production logistics, and inventory tracking.
• Experience integrating Oracle WMS with barcode scanning, label printing, and RFID tracking solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs) for seamless order-to-fulfillment workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in printing or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist
• Oracle Fusion SCM/WMS Certifications
