Summary
We are seeking a Körber WMS Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Supply Chain execution solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Körber WMS solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams.
This role requires strong functional and consulting expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound/outbound processes, and WMS solution delivery. The consultant will participate in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse and distribution operations.
- Configure and implement Körber WMS solutions to meet client business needs.
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate operational requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the Körber WMS environment.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and integration teams.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices.
- Support post-implementation activities and ongoing system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Hands-on experience with Körber/HighJump WMS implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
- Experience gathering business requirements and conducting stakeholder workshops.
- Experience supporting testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Experience with WMS integrations involving ERP, transportation, automation, or material handling systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse best practices.
- Experience participating in end-to-end WMS implementation projects.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.
