Job Summary
We are hiring a
WMS Application Support Engineer with experience in warehouse and supply chain environments. The role involves supporting warehouse systems integrated with IoT-enabled devices, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize support requests to address business-critical issues
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to resolve application incidents
- Analyze system and workflow issues using SQL and WMS tools
- Support IoT-enabled warehouse devices such as RF scanners, barcode systems, and printers
- Identify recurring issues and coordinate with teams for long-term fixes
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (runbooks)
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices
- Use data-driven analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Support warehouse operations across fulfillment environments
- Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in application support or IT support roles
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Exposure to IoT-based warehouse devices and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL (MSSQL or PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, or PHP)
- Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
- Good analytical and communication skills
