In this role you will manage end-to-end GRN operations in WMS, ensuring accurate inward processing, OEM billing compliance, serial number management, and seamless coordination with Purchase, Warehouse, and OEM teams for efficient inventory flow and system accuracy.
Role Description:
- Perform timely and accurate GRN in WMS against PO and OEM invoices.
- Validate quantities, serial numbers, batch details, and invoices during inward processing.
- Ensure same-day closure of pending GRNs and accurate stock updates in WMS.
- Coordinate with Purchase and OEM teams for inward planning, billing compliance, and discrepancy resolution.
- Manage serial number inwarding, traceability, and documentation for warranty, RMA, and audits.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for physical verification, QC support, stock segregation, and proper storage.
- Maintain system stock accuracy, inward MIS, pending trackers, and audit reports.
- Support process automation, virtual transaction monitoring, and WMS operational improvements.
- Ensure GST compliance, proper documentation, and support audit and stock reconciliation activities.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of WMS, GRN, and inventory operations.
- Understanding of OEM billing and inward documentation.
- Good coordination with Purchase, SCM, and Warehouse teams.
- Knowledge of serial number management process.
- Problem-solving and process improvement approach.
- Good Excel and MIS handling skills
