The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless communication technologies and a passion for developing innovative WLAN solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing WLAN systems to ensure high performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement WLAN solutions for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WLAN features into products.
• Conduct performance testing and optimization of WLAN systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WLAN-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest WLAN technologies and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3-9 years of experience in WLAN development and design.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., IEEE 802.11 standards).
• Experience with WLAN security protocols (WPA, WPA2, WPA3).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
• Familiarity with network simulation tools and WLAN testing equipment.
• Understanding of QoS (Quality of Service) and network performance metrics.
• Experience with embedded systems and firmware development for WLAN devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
