- 4 to 6 years hands on experience working in automotive wiring harness design & packaging of electrical/electronic components.
- Extensive working experience in CATIA V5 & 3DX (Electrical Harness Design, Part Modelling & Surface design).
Job Description
- Good experience in Wiring harness design, wiring optimization studies and drawing creation.
- Prior experience in performing benchmarking studies & packaging studies on electrical/electronic modules/systems and defining their locations in vehicle.
- Capable to independently design attachment scheme or design brackets (Plastic/Sheetmetal brackets) is an added advantage.
- Collaborate closely with the Electrical & Electronics Systems Engineering (EESE) team to support requests and develop engineered solutions.
- Knowledge in Vehicle Architecture, Vehicle Aggregate Groups, Sub- Groups, Systems and Sub- Systems.
- Strong communication skill is mandatory to handle Program Stake Holders & Suppliers.
- Good Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
- Highly committed and motivated. Should be a self-starter.
