Wiring Harness Engineer – MB Vans

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design data analysis and change processes remotely, ensuring all project deliverables are accurate and timely.
• Act as a liaison with Construction/Design engineers to validate data correctness.
• Maintain documentation in a central repository and track risks/issues impacting project deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all management levels.
• Perform wiring harness simulation, design validation, and electrical packaging studies.
• Provide technical guidance on connector selection, wire/cable sizing, fixation design, crimping, and nail board processes.
• Ensure compliance with automotive electrical design standards (DIN, IEC, etc.).
• Support EV trends and electrification of connectors in design concepts.
