Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Wireline Crew Chief. The Wireline Crew Chief will oversee wireline operations, coordinate and direct crew activities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols, particularly regarding explosives. The role will involve managing the deployment of tools for logging and completion activities, conducting regular maintenance of equipment, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Wireline operations and proficiency in handling associated equipment
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with a focus on efficiently managing and directing work crews
- Knowledge of Explosives Safety and ability to ensure compliance with industry safety standards
- Experience in well Logging and Completion projects
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to operational excellence
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications in wireline operations or explosives safety are an advantage
