Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Technician to support and maintain store network infrastructure for retail customers globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting routing, switching, wireless, and firewall devices, with expertise in Aruba and Cisco networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Support: Provide L1/L2 support for store network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Routing & Switching: Configure and troubleshoot Aruba and Cisco routers and switches to ensure network performance and reliability.
  • Wireless Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot wireless LAN devices, including Aruba access points and Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC). Conduct site surveys and optimize wireless performance.
  • SD-WAN Support: Configure and support Aruba SD-WAN solutions for retail store networks.
  • Authentication & Security: Manage authentication servers, AAA, RADIUS, and TACACS for secure network access.
  • IP Address Management: Use tools like BlueCat, SolarWinds, or Windows-based IPAM systems for managing IP addresses.
  • Incident & Change Management: Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, asset, and change management to maintain operational excellence.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed network documentation, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge sharing.

Technical Environment:

  • Networking: Aruba SD-WAN, Aruba Routing & Switching, Cisco Data Networking
  • Wireless: Aruba Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, Site Surveys
  • Tools: BlueCat, SolarWinds, Windows IPAM
  • Security & Authentication: AAA, RADIUS, TACACS

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with wireless cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Exposure to HPE ClearPass for network access control and security.
