Position: Wirecut Operator

Experience: 4+ Years

Industry: Advanced Mobility / Automotive

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC Wire EDM / Wirecut machines.

Program machines for accurate and precision cutting.

Handle complete machining process from setup to production.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ensure quality, safety and production standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as Wirecut EDM Programmer/Operator.

Strong knowledge of Sparking Machine operation.

AutoCAD knowledge required.

ITI/Diploma qualification.

Ability to handle non-standard/custom machining jobs.

Good understanding of precision machining and safety practices.
