Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Wire Rope Stranding Machine/Closer Machine Operator. The operator will manage the setup and operation of wire rope stranding or closing machines to meet production specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting operational issues, adhering to safety regulations, and performing routine maintenance and inspections to maintain efficient machine functionality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine operations, particularly with stranding and closer machines
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical malfunctions
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors
• Experience in equipment maintenance and a strong understanding of safety protocols in an industrial environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality standards
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work in an on-site industrial setting
