Location: Indore – Pithampur

We are looking for a seasoned Stainless Steel Wire Rod Mill Operations professional to lead end-to-end mill operations at our Pithampur facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete Wire Rod Mill operations – Reheating, Rolling, Laying, Cooling, Coiling & Finishing

• Drive Production, Yield, Quality, Productivity & Cost Optimization

• Ensure process discipline, equipment reliability and operational excellence

• Drive TPM, Lean, Kaizen, Safety and continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead cross-functional coordination with Maintenance, Quality, Metallurgy, Planning & Logistics

• Drive team capability, performance and shop-floor excellence

• Support CAPEX, commissioning, debottlenecking and process improvement initiatives

Ideal Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering

• 17+ years of experience in Steel Rolling Operations

• Strong hands-on experience in Stainless Steel / Alloy Steel Wire Rod Mill is mandatory

• Proven experience in leading large-scale mill operations

• Strong expertise in rolling processes, quality, yield, productivity and cost optimization

• Strong people leadership and operational decision-making capability
