Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
  • Resolve queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality standards during interactions
  • Accurately document customer details and interaction summaries
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure issue resolution

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduates or undergraduates with 0 to 4 years of experience in a voice process
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Open to rotational shifts including night shifts
  • Must be willing to work from office
