Responsibilities :

Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter / Android and Dart.
Implement clean and scalable code following the MVVM architecture.
Develop custom libraries and plugins to extend the functionality of Flutter/ Android applications.
Utilise method channels to communicate with native code for platform-specific functionalities.
Employ state management solutions, such as providers, to ensure efficient and reactive UIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Lead the integration of third-party APIs and services into mobile applications.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices in Flutter development.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends in mobile development and incorporate new technologies as appropriate.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Strong understanding of Flutter/Android Dart and the MVVM architecture.
Proven experience in developing custom libraries and plugins for Flutter.
Proficiency in using method channels to integrate native code into Flutter applications.
Experience with state management patterns and practices, particularly using providers.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile app networking.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and mentor.
Portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Google Play.
