Job Description
Role: Wintel Patching & Basic Triage Engineer – Marvell
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly & emergency patching across Windows (Wintel) servers using SCCM/WSUS
- Handle L1/L2 triage for patch failures, server alerts, and incidents
- Ensure patch compliance aligned with security policies and remediation SLAs
- Conduct pre/post patch validation and system health checks
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and security teams for smooth execution
- Maintain change records and support CAB processes
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Windows Server administration (Wintel)
- Hands-on with SCCM / WSUS patching tools
- Good knowledge of incident triage & troubleshooting
- Basics of AD, DNS, Group Policy
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Change Management)
Good to Have
- Exposure to Qualys or vulnerability management tools
- Basic PowerShell scripting
