Job Description

  • Perform installation and configuration of core Windows services including ADDS, DNS, and DHCP servers
  • Support and maintain a large number of ADC (Additional Domain Controller) servers in a distributed environment
  • Manage and automate administrative tasks using Active Directory PowerShell modules
  • Utilize Exchange PowerShell and Exchange Admin Center (EAC) for mail server configuration and maintenance
  • Handle SSL certificate renewals and ensure timely updates across systems
  • Participate in weekly IT review meetings with SPOCs to report status, issues, and improvements
  • Ensure system uptime, patch management, and security compliance across infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the IT infrastructure and security teams to troubleshoot and optimize services
