Key Skillsets Required:
Provide L3 support for Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022), including system administration, patching, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and domain services in multi-site environments.
Administer and support virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V), including provisioning and resource optimization.
Good Experience in Terminal servers (Admin mode) & Windows Clustering,
Basic knowledge on Storage, Networking, Firewall and backup Applications/devices
Experience in VMware components
Performance and/or network trace analysis for Servers.
Working knowledge in Scripting and Automation
Problem solving Capability in IBM, HP and Dell Hardware.
Problem determination and resolution within SLA's
Support and manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD Sync.
Administer backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup), and conduct regular restore tests and policy tuning.
Should be able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents
Should be able to do Capacity Planning
Perform and document server migrations, DR drills, and system upgrades.
Handle L2/L3 technical escalations
Work with Local & Global Teams
Ability to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems
Independently generates solutions based on analytical, technical skills and business knowledge
Mentor and train other team members
Willing to Work on Shifts based on the projects need
Microsoft and other technical/industry certifications desirable.
