Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Administrator with 2-5 years of experience to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, storage solutions, and backup systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Windows Server Management:

• Configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
• Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).

2. VMware Virtualization:

• Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi servers (versions 6.0 to 7.0) and Virtual Center.
• Create and manage virtual machines and templates; migrate physical servers to virtual servers using VMware Converter.

3. Storage Administration:

• Provision and manage storage solutions, including creating LUNs and allocating storage
• based on requirements.
• Monitor and maintain Dell storage infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and capacity management.

4. Backup and Recovery Solutions:

• Configure and maintain HP Data Protector for server database and application backups.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

5. VDI Management:

• Deploy and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to support organizational needs.

6. Monitoring and Documentation:

• Perform ongoing monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Ensure thorough documentation of the entire infrastructure environment.

7. Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Windows Server management, VMware administration, storage management, and backup solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware ESXi (versions 6.0 to 7.0) and Virtual Center.
• Familiarity with Dell storage solutions and backup systems like HP Data Protector.

Certifications:Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator) are a plus.
