WINIT - Lead - IT Manager with AWS experience

• Strong experience in Microsoft technologies i.e. MS Windows client os's and servers (2008 and above)

• Administration and troubleshooting of IIS 6/7/8 environments, deploy applications and Virtual hosting.

• Managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); Knowledge of SSL certificates, CSR generation, asymmetric key pair etc.

• Administration and management of Email messaging system.

• Good understanding of DNS. Managing and administering DNS servers.

• Excellent Documentation skills - Infrastructure documents.

• Experience in Patch management

• Experience in conducting Vulnerability assessments and Fixing of OS vulnerabilities

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise server systems.

• Provide technical support to users/customers for server related services.

• Extensive knowledge on Active Directory Migration, Management and Implementations.

• Added Advantage if Knowledge on Microsoft Exchange Migration, Management and implementations and day to day support.

• Server Administration includes Day to Day Incident Management

• Hands on Experience on setting up File server and day to day support.

• Patching, Up gradations, migrations, Implementations.

• Hands on Experience on Managing Supporting DELL, HP, and IBM Hardware.

• Should have Strong knowledge on RAID Technologies and configuring.

• Should have Exposure to Backup Technology.

• Antivirus setup and day to day support.

• Hands on Experience on Setting up DNS and DHCP Environment which includes Day to day support activities.

• Should be capable of doing Root Cause Analysis on a problem.

• Should have good exposure to VMWARE Environment preferably VSphere 4.0 and above versions, Management which includes, Setup, Management and Day to day support.

• Should have good knowledge on ticketing systems and its flow.

• Perform capacity planning for VM environment Analyze and identify all virtualization teams manual tasks, procedures and duties and automate these tasks to improve efficiency and minimize discrepancies.

• Provide input to the higher-ups on improving the server infrastructure and process and policies.

• Added Advantage knowledge on Web Infrastructure Support with experience on Administering and Managing IIS, Apache and Tomcat web servers

• Implementation, administration of Active Directory and Group Policies.

• Network topology principals

• Familiar with the SVN, bugzilla and mantis.

• File and data security structures

• Administration and Troubleshooting of Microsoft tmg and sophos servers

• Maintaining documentation of systems/ networks / backups/printers as needed

• Back-end Storage Area Network support and administration

• Configuring and troubleshooting skills of Thunderbird, MS Outlook 2007 & 2010 strong knowledge on vpn configurations

• Cisco network equipment and networking fundamentals

• Working experience with Linux server, clients and Mac OS.

• Working knowledge in MYSQL, MSSQL, IIS, Mail transfer agents and FTP

• Working knowledge cloud technologies

• Working knowledge on virtual technologies

• Basic Knowledge of Mobile device technologies are preferable
