1. Windows Server Administration (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
2. Good Virtualization knowledge: VMware ESXi, Hyper-V
3. Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, ADFS
4. Patch management: WSUS, SCCM, Ivanti, BigFix
5. PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management
6. Windows security hardening & compliance best practices
7. Backup & recovery: Veeam, NetBackup, Commvault
8. Basic troubleshooting of server performance, event logs, and network connectivity

ITIL framework understanding (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. Windows Server Administration: Hands-on experience in managing Windows infrastructure and services
2. Active Directory & Group Policy Management: Proficiency in user management, policies, and domain configurations
3. Virtualization Basics: Ability to manage virtual machines and troubleshoot basic VMware/Hyper-V issues
4. Patching & Compliance: Experience in applying security patches and ensuring system compliance
5. Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues

Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

1. Experience with Citrix, Windows 365, or Microsoft Intune
2. Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid Wintel environments
3. Basic exposure to DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines)
4. Understanding of SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel) for security monitoring
5. Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation, VMware VCP
