Education B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science Experience At least 6-9 years of experience in Windows, Clusters, AD, Vmware/Hyper-V and Azure / GCP Job Description Active Directory Management (OU/GPO/Forest and domain)

Windows server installation and configuration.

Windows os upgrades ( Hyper-v, ADC)

Windows Failover cluster deployment, management and troubleshooting.

VMware/Hyper-V deployment and management.

VM creation, deletion, snapshot, clone, migration.

File server and share permission.

Patch installation and troubleshooting.

Antivirus installation and exception management.

Change management/Incident management.

Working experience on cloud.(Azure/GCP)

Monitoring alerts & different KPI and provide L1 observations.

Server Hardware replacement activities Preferred Skills/Knowledge Good Oral and Written communication skills.

Active directory 2+ years or 1000+ users hand-on experience.

Server Hardware at least 200+ servers management and basic knowledge on SAN & NAS Storage system.

Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Infrastructure management operations

Experience on virtualization technology (VMware/Hyper-V) minimum 50+ virtual machines.

Ticket tools & monitoring tools experience.

Good understanding of SLA management and escalation matrix.
