Windows
1) Experience installing, configuring and managing windows server
2) Practical experience with active directory, users, computers, group policies, permissions
3) Network knowledge for troubleshooting and understanding complex issues and environment.
4) Active directory site and services, DNS service, DHCP, File Server permissions,
5) Group policies, AD delegation, Groups, AD replication, domain controller
6) PowerShell for bulk managing Active directory and also windows servers.
7) Disk management, resource performance troubleshooting and analyses.

VMware
1) VM provision, resource upgrade, disk expansion, performance issues
2) VMware capacity planning, allocation, commitment of resources.
3) Cluster features, HA, DRS, EVC, FT
4) vRops / Splunk experience or similar products
5) VM resource reservation, snapshots, migration, disk configuration, network configuration.
6) PowerShell for managing virtual machines and doing day to day operations.

PowerShell,
1) Experience running commands, understanding what's happening, not only copying and executing scripts without understanding each and every line of code.
2) Know how to get data, work with the results, format output, export data into different formats, store data in variables, arrays.
3) Be able to apply changes, setting configurations, understand the impact and the result of the commands and scope of change.
4) Understand conditional and loop structures, be able to connect and execute commands remotely on different servers, be ablet o run through multiple servers and perform actions
