Windows Tier3 Technical Support Bangalore. Job involves 24*5 rotational shift working from customer location at Bangalore with below skills:
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of customer issues escalated from L2 yeam and seeing problem through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Professional and structured escalation approach of unresolved issues with vendor teams and internal teams.
- Maintenance of the system within the domain network
- Installation and deployment of OS and configuring the system.
- Familiar with ITIL ServiceNow for Incident Management.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in handling T3 technical support in Windows OS, O365 and M365 Apps.
- Windows Reimage (device enrollment) configuring work profiles
- Microsoft Azure AD and Groups
- Windows recovery and repair via CMD advanced diagnostics mode
- Device encryption (Bitlocker device encryption)
- Crash plan backup
- Sw Installations/uninstallations
- O365 and M365 Apps
- Onedrive online and Sharepoint
- Joining machines over Azure AD
- Windows Registry
- Working with Group Policies
- RDP
- Wired and Wireless Authentication
- Antivirus Enterprise
- Sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite troubleshooting
