Lead infrastructure planning and design for new projects, including capacity planning, cost estimation, and technical architecture.
Partner with stakeholders to evaluate infrastructure requirements, develop detailed sizing and cost models, and drive provisioning and implementation of approved infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
Design and manage enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.
Architect and support Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP in complex multi-location environments.
Lead AD migrations, domain consolidation, and hybrid AD (Azure AD Connect) implementations.
Design and manage VMware environments, including HA, DRS, and performance optimization.
Plan and execute infrastructure capacity planning based on workload trends.
Lead cloud migration initiatives (on-prem to Azure/AWS), ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.
Define and implement security best practices, including identity management, GPO, encryption, and compliance.
Work on storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and datastore management and optimization.
Handle advanced troubleshooting across Windows, VMware, network, and storage layers.

Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and multi-site infrastructure design.
Hands-on experience with VMware (vCenter, ESXi, HA, DRS, clustering).
Experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable).
Experience in infrastructure design and architecture, not just support.
Good understanding of storage (SAN, NAS) and performance tuning.
