Windows System Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Windows Server patching and updates during designated maintenance windows, including weekends.
• Monitor system performance and availability during the shift, responding to alerts and incidents as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent system health.
• Maintain documentation of patching activities, incident resolutions, and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices.
• Participate in change management and incident response processes.
