Windows Servers

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Active Directory.
• Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and data restoration tasks.
• Collaborate with network and application teams to support IT infrastructure.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Maintain documentation of server configurations, procedures, and system changes.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Windows Server versions (2012, 2016, 2019, or later)
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with server monitoring and performance tuning tools
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) is a plus
• Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls)
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
