• System Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Infrastructure Management: Managing Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and virtualized infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Scripting/Automation: Strong PowerShell scripting skills to automate system tasks.
• Cloud & Hybrid Setup: Experience with Office 365, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory/cloud services.
• Security & Troubleshooting: Implementing server security best practices, handling patching, anti-virus updates, and troubleshooting system issues.

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022) and workstations.
• Infrastructure Services: Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and IIS.
• Security & Compliance: Perform patch management, vulnerability management, and apply security policies to servers.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime and high availability.
• Automation: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 support for server incidents and troubleshoot complex network/hardware issues.
• Backup & Recovery: Manage system backups (e.g., Veeam) and disaster recovery procedures.
