What you will work on

Investigate Windows services, event logs, performance, connectivity and access problems.
Administer IIS, certificates, updates, roles and common business workloads.
Support Active Directory and access-related work within an agreed customer scope.
Record changes and communicate operational risk before and after maintenance.

Hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
Comfort with Event Viewer, PowerShell, services, networking and security controls.
A structured troubleshooting method and attention to change safety.

Experience that can help

Experience with Azure, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 integration or backup platforms.
Microsoft certification or documented project work.
Knowledge of IIS performance and Windows incident recovery.
