Windows Server Administration
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Perform server provisioning, configuration, and hardening
- Troubleshoot OS-level, authentication, and infrastructure issues
- Ensure compliance with enterprise build standards and security baselines
Patching & Security Compliance
- Execute patch management for Windows servers and endpoints as per defined schedules
- Coordinate with endpoint teams for OS and application patch deployment
- Address vulnerability remediation findings (e.g., Rapid7 / scanning tools)
- Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and security policies
Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Operations
- Monitor AD and DNS health, logs, and performance metrics
- Troubleshoot issues related to authentication failures, replication, DNS resolution, and GPOs
- Provide L2/L3 support for identity and Windows infrastructure incidents
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
Automation & Reporting
- Develop PowerShell scripts for AD, DNS, and patching automation
- Generate health, compliance, and audit reports
- Support continuous improvement through automation and process standardisation
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience
- Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
- DNS administration
- Endpoint & Server Patching
Hands-on experience with:
Windows Server administration
Endpoint and server patch management
