Job Description

Deep knowledge and hands on experience on Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 OS for installation management.
Strong understanding of Hardware, capacity planning as well as RAID concepts.
Work on the Physical and Virtual Servers Infrastructure.
Good knowledge about server hardware and server hosting.
Able to perform Firmware Bios Upgradation of Physical Servers.
Able to handle windows OS upgradation activities using tools.
Expertise and hands-on experience on Windows Server troubleshooting.
Check Deploy Patches and Hotfixes on monthly basis, which is released by Microsoft.
Provide support for DC other Locations devices such as Servers hardware, OS File servers.
Windows OS Vulnerability assessment management and closure according to recommendations.
Has in-depth knowledge of Administration of VMWARE ESXI 5/6/7 environment.
Has worked on Installation/Creation of VMWARE
Clusters/Standalone nodes.
Perform Vendor Management and ensuring the calls raised with Vendor/OEM are attended and closed as per SLA with OEM.
Work on the tickets assigned by the senior team member and ensure that tickets are closed as per SLA defined.
Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates on the SLA tracking and provide measure on mitigating any SLA non-compliance.
Good documentation skill to document the day-to-day events for tracking and review, process documentation, Perform RCA for Major
Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined.
Prepare report for audit purpose.
Able to Manage and follow compliance process laid down by the company from time to time.
Candidate needs to get self-trained on company laid down data integrity process/other security process from time to time.
Has performed team management activities and able to manage team/team activities. Follow up with teams to ensure activities are completed as per the process laid down by the company.
Should be willing to work anywhere in Mumbai/Navi-Mumbai/Thane
Strong written and presentation development skills.
Ability to gain support and consensus for initiatives.
Excellent English language skills, spoken and written
Candidates with certification would be preferred.
