We are hiring a highly skilled Windows & Intune L3 Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoint environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows administration, endpoint security, automation, and modern workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments.
- Configure and support MDM & MAM policies across Windows and mobile devices.
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security.
- Administer Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Support Windows 10/11 desktop environments and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Manage VPN and remote access technologies.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Support Cloud VDI environments and Thin Client platforms (IGEL preferred).
- Provide advanced L3 troubleshooting and resolution for complex incidents.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration tools.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to enhance user experience.
