We are seeking a hands‑on Windows and Group Policy professional to join the DTPO 24/7 service delivery operations team. This role is responsible for operational support and administration of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) using Quest GPOADmin, along with Windows Server and Active Directory support across a large enterprise environment.

The position operates as part of a team‑based service delivery model, where collaboration, structured handovers, and strict process adherence are essential. • Work with cross functional teams during incidents and maintenance windows

Security & Identity Exposure

  • Support operations related to authentication, policy hardening, and security baselines
  • Follow security controls related to privileged access and identity governance
  • Assist with validation activities for audit and security requirements

24/7 Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Work in a 24/7 shift based service delivery model (including rotations as required)
  • Perform structured shift handovers and follow operational runbooks
  • Collaborate actively with onshore and offshore team members
  • Escalate issues appropriately and support problem management activities

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong team player mindset success depends on collaboration
  • Clear communicator, especially during handovers and incidents
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to process
  • Willingness to learn security and identity technologies
  • Comfortable working in a support and operations focused role
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and escalation paths

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Group Policy administration
  • Practical experience using Quest GPOADmin (or similar GPO management tools)
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services
  • Experience working in production support or operations teams
  • Ability to follow procedures, document work, and operate within controls
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 operations and shift rotations
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues systematically

Additional requirements

  • Exposure to privileged identities / administrative accounts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts
  • PowerShell exposure for troubleshooting or validation
  • Experience in large, regulated or audit‑sensitive environments

Work Requirement

  • Willing to work in a hybrid work model in alignment with organizational policy
  • Flexible to support rotational shifts as per business requirements
